Dear Resurrecting God, you even bring me back to life for this day. You have in the past so I count on you today, too, to remind me of this amazing story I am part of and get to tell. You take me in my doubty-ist most willful moments and you even catch me in moments of faithfulness to you too. Thank you for hanging onto me even when I push you away or, worse, shrug you off. You and your good news just never takes a rest, which means everything to me.

I pray for my closest lovelies. Help me to love them well and for us to show each other the love you have for us. And I pray for my colleagues across southern Minnesota. Breathe on them new life today. Stir up their faith and mine too. We belong to each other – one of the greatest gifts there is to have is that kind of friendship. Thank you for your abundant and abounding love, gracious God. I love you. Amen.
